Tory Visionz Gallery Booking & Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, class, private event, or other service with Tory Visionz Gallery, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

Deposits & Booking Confirmation

A deposit may be required to secure your requested date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service or event unless otherwise stated.

Remaining balances must be paid by the deadline provided for your booking. Failure to submit payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of applicable deposit amounts.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled event, class, or appointment.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled booking are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 50% of the deposit paid.

Any remaining refundable portion of the deposit, if applicable, will be returned using the original payment method.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking and failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Tory Visionz Gallery reserves the right to require a new deposit before accepting a future booking from a client who has previously canceled late or failed to attend a scheduled booking.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 7 days before the original booking date.

Approved rescheduling requests may have the deposit transferred to one new date, subject to availability.

Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.

Requests made within 7 days of the booking are considered late changes and may be subject to the cancellation policy.

Final Payments

For private events, group classes, and other bookings requiring advance preparation, the remaining balance must be paid by the payment deadline stated at booking.

Once supplies, custom materials, canvases, designs, venue arrangements, travel, or other event-specific expenses have been purchased or prepared, those costs may be non-refundable.

Guest Count

The final guest count for private events must be confirmed by the deadline provided by Tory Visionz Gallery.

Once the final guest count has been confirmed and materials have been purchased or prepared, reductions in attendance will not reduce the final balance owed.

Clients are responsible for payment based on the confirmed guest count, even if fewer guests ultimately attend.

Additional guests may be accommodated only with prior approval and may require additional payment.

21+ Events & Alcohol

For any event designated as 21+ where alcohol is served, provided, permitted, or included, all participating guests must be at least 21 years old and must present a valid government-issued photo ID when required during registration/check-in and upon arrival.

Guests who cannot provide acceptable identification may be denied participation in alcohol-related portions of the event without refund.

Tory Visionz Gallery reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or participation to any individual when required for safety or legal compliance.

Guests are responsible for their own behavior and transportation after consuming alcohol. Please drink responsibly.

Late Arrivals

Clients and guests are encouraged to arrive on time. Classes and events may begin at the scheduled time regardless of late arrivals.

Late arrival does not guarantee additional class or event time and does not qualify the client or guest for a refund, discount, or credit.

Client-Caused Delays

If an event is delayed because the client, host, venue, or guests are not ready at the scheduled start time, the event may still end at the originally scheduled end time.

Additional time, when available, may be subject to an additional fee.

Travel & Off-Site Events

Travel, parking, lodging, venue fees, and other location-related expenses may be charged separately when applicable.

Travel fees and other expenses already incurred on behalf of a booking are non-refundable.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the selected venue permits the scheduled activity and provides adequate space, access, tables, seating, lighting, electricity, and/or other requirements communicated before the event.

Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Tory Visionz Gallery is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, venue closures, power outages, emergencies, government restrictions, or similar events.

When reasonably possible, Tory Visionz Gallery may offer rescheduling or account credit instead of a cash refund for these circumstances.

Cancellation by Tory Visionz Gallery

In the unlikely event that Tory Visionz Gallery must cancel a booking and cannot provide the scheduled service or a reasonable rescheduled date, the client will receive a refund of payments made for services that were not provided.

Tory Visionz Gallery is not responsible for indirect expenses incurred by clients or guests, including transportation, lodging, childcare, lost wages, or other third-party expenses.

Artwork, Designs & Creative Differences

Artwork, painting examples, tattoo concepts, and class examples may vary slightly from reference images or promotional materials due to the handmade and creative nature of the services.

Creative differences or individual results do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Conduct & Safety

Tory Visionz Gallery reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual engaging in threatening, abusive, destructive, excessively disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Removal from an event or termination of service due to a guest's behavior does not entitle that individual to a refund.

Photos & Media

Photos or videos may be taken during classes and events for business and promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify Tory Visionz Gallery before the event or upon arrival.

Payment Disputes

Clients should contact Tory Visionz Gallery directly regarding any billing or service concerns so that the issue can be reviewed and addressed.

Initiating a payment dispute does not automatically invalidate these booking terms or any services, materials, preparation, or expenses already provided or incurred.

Agreement to Policy

By submitting a deposit, making payment, or completing a booking with Tory Visionz Gallery, the client confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.

The individual making a group or private-event booking is responsible for communicating applicable event requirements—including age restrictions, identification requirements, arrival times, and conduct expectations—to their guests.
